Return Window and Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and specific instructions. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
